We are seeking an experienced professional with deep knowledge of financial markets, a strong mathematical background, and analytical thinking skills. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in trading operations on international financial markets, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills. Proficiency in English is a mandatory requirement, along with a financial market certification.
Experience & Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in trading operations across international financial markets
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional mathematical skills.
- Ability to process large volumes of information quickly and make well-informed decisions.
- Certified financial market qualification is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of market infrastructure, technical and fundamental analysis, as well as margin lending principles.
- Expertise in derivative markets, including ETFs, options, and futures contracts.
Education: Strong mathematical background is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening and assessing trading opportunities across international financial infrastructure (brokers, banks).
- Structuring, preparing, and executing transactions involving financial instruments (bonds, equities, derivatives).
- Managing financial risks (FX risk, counterparty risk, infrastructure risk).
- Trading securities in compliance with current regulatory restrictions (Federal Law 319-FZ, Decree 138, etc.).
- Managing currency positions and assets.
- Structuring, preparing, and executing financial settlements, including.
- Negotiating documentation with external counterparties (banks, sellers).
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Building and managing a multi-asset portfolio (deposits, bonds, Eurobonds, and other foreign currency instruments) to optimize liquidity management.
- Implementing hedging strategies (primarily FX hedging).
- Developing an efficient system for sourcing investment ideas and financial instruments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Thoughtful and detail-oriented professional who can adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.
- Candidates with experience in asset management firms, brokerage firms, or banking.
- Preferably from product teams with a deep understanding of financial instruments and/or corporate finance.
