We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support both the business and personal needs of a high-net-worth executive. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, adaptable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment with discretion and efficiency. You should be resourceful, anticipate needs before they arise, and execute tasks with precisionwhether managing complex travel logistics, coordinating high-profile meetings, or handling luxury purchases. Responsibilities:

Business Tasks:

- Managing the executives calendar, scheduling meetings, reminders, and rescheduling as needed.

- Travel support: organizing business trips/vacations, itinerary planning.

- Freeing up the executives time by handling routine tasks (ensuring their comfort and efficiency). Organizing offline/online meetings and calls.

- Tracking tasks and deadlines as assigned by the executive.

- Conducting research (on contractors, competitors, new markets, etc.).

- Accompanying the executive on business trips and to meetings.

- Providing administrative support (handling documents, invoices, archives, correspondence).

- Communicating with clients assistants and maintaining ongoing contact.

Personal Tasks:

- Planning travel itineraries.

- Booking restaurants, purchasing tickets for exhibitions, concerts, theater performances, etc.

- Private aviation & jets: coordination and logistics.

- Luxury services: sourcing and ordering high-end goods (designer clothing, antiques, art, jewelry).

- Personal travel accompaniment (for children, relatives, or pet transportation).

- Assistance with family matters (hiring nannies, tutors, etc.).

- Organizing family celebrations and events.

- Communicating with and coordinating contractors/service providers for household needs (renovations, etc.).

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience.

- Experience working with C-level executives of large companies.

- English proficiency at C1-C2 level (ability to discuss business/economics topics is a plus). Fluent Russian. Kazakh language is a strong advantage.

- Experience in private aviation or working with luxury contractors.

- Higher education in economics or business is preferred.

Work Format: Hybrid (remote during the executives business trips).
