Senior Legal Advisor, Investment Holding Group

We are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to work closely with shareholders and principals across strategic transactions, ownership structures, governance, and portfolio matters.

This is a highly trusted, commercially oriented role with direct exposure to cross-border investments, and shareholder-level decision-making across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate combines top-tier international law firm experience with in-house exposure within an investment holding, diversified group, family office, or similar shareholder-led environment.

Key areas of focus include:

• Cross-border M&A and strategic transactions
• International structuring and governance matters
• Shareholder and control-related advisory
• Portfolio and asset-level legal oversight
• Coordination of external counsel across jurisdictions
• Complex corporate, regulatory, and dispute-related matters

Main requirements:

• 15-20 years of senior legal experience in a leading international law firms + in-house experience within an investment holding, large diversified group, shareholder office, private equity or family office environment is strongly preferred. 
• Extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, structuring, governance, shareholder matters, and international transactions.
• Experience advising on portfolio assets across multiple jurisdictions and industries
• Strong understanding of international ownership structures, governance frameworks, shareholder control considerations, and holding platforms.
• Fluent Russian and English
