A Single Family Office is seeking an experienced Head of Family Office to oversee and coordinate the personal, family, financial and administrative affairs of the Principal and family members.

This is a senior, highly trusted role requiring strong organizational skills, sound judgment and absolute discretion. The Head of Family Office will ensure that day-to-day matters are managed efficiently, coordinate external advisors and service providers, and build effective processes that minimize the Principal's involvement in operational matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee personal and family administration, including calendars, travel and other day-to-day matters.
  • Coordinate matters related to family assets, properties, banking, insurance and financial obligations.
  • Manage relationships with banks, legal and tax advisors, consultants and other professional service providers.
  • Maintain oversight of key contracts, documents, payments, renewals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate external contractors, consultants and household staff.
  • Oversee education-related matters for family members, including schools, universities, tutors and international programs.
  • Maintain structured and confidential documentation across personal, financial, legal and asset-related matters.
  • Provide concise reporting to the Principal and proactively identify matters requiring attention or decision.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of execution, confidentiality and service across all Family Office activities.
Candidate Profile
  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience within a Single Family Office, Family Office or in a senior Executive / Personal Assistant role supporting a business owner or Principal.
  • Experience in private banking, wealth management, Big Four, professional services or luxury concierge environments serving HNW/UHNW clients will also be considered.
  • Proven experience working directly with business owners, senior executives or HNW/UHNW individuals.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of banking, financial, legal and administrative matters.
  • Proactive, highly reliable and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment and absolute discretion.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent Russian and English are required. Kazakh would be an advantage.
