Role : Senior Technical Analyst

Job Summary

We are  looking for an experienced Senior Technical Analyst to join our team. The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and analysis for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Analyze system requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those requirements

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Train users on software and hardware systems

Provide technical advice and support to other departments

Develop and implement security protocols

Research and evaluate new technologies

Create reports and presentations

Participate in system design and development

Develop and maintain system policies and procedures

Work with vendors and partners to resolve technical issues

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

5+ years of experience in systems analysis

Extensive knowledge of software and hardware systems

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position located in London.  Salary is commensurate with experience.
