About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead high-impact construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate directly with Directors and senior leadership, gaining exposure to high-level decision-making and business strategy.
- Drive innovation, implement best practices, and deliver projects that set new standards in the industry.
- Mentor and lead small teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Oversee and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, including Directors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Drive commercial and operational excellence, leveraging your strong business acumen to deliver results.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project outcomes.
Key Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sector.
- Proven experience managing projects from inception to final delivery.
- Project Management certification is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring small teams.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
- A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
