Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes.

Key Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5 years of hands-on project management experience in the construction sector
• Experienced in managing projects from inception to final stage
• Project Management certification is a definite plus!
• Plan & manage projects in line with best practices
• Skilled in liaising with key stakeholders and driving innovation to achieve project success
• Strong commercial and business acumen to navigate and leverage project dynamics effectively
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes and manage conflicts
• Valid drivers license
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Revit, with the ability to master new systems quickly
