Position: Dealer

Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking aDealer to join our team. As a dealer, you will be responsible for operating table games in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring an enjoyable and fair gaming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate various table games, including but not limited to blackjack, roulette, and poker

- Deal cards and/or operate other gaming equipment according to established rules and procedures

- Monitor and maintain the integrity of the games and ensure compliance with gaming regulations

- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service

- Handle cash and chips accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized gaming area

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations

- Attend training sessions and stay updated on new games and procedures

- Assist in resolving guest disputes and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A foundational understanding of casino games, table games, and rules
• Friendly and professional attitude coupled with Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle chips accurately
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to work flexible hours (nights, weekends & public holidays)
• Skilled in handling chips
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle stress
