About the job Sales Representatives
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with hotel guests and visitors to promote spa services, packages, and products.
- Provide detailed information about available treatments, benefits, and features to potential clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell services and products to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
- Assist guests in scheduling spa appointments, coordinating timing, and ensuring availability of preferred services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, reservations, and guest interactions.
- Collaborate with the spa team, including therapists and receptionists, to ensure smooth guest experiences and efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic treatments.
- Basic knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and wellness concepts.
- Proficiency in using reservation and sales management software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
