Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively engage with hotel guests and visitors to promote spa services, packages, and products.
  2. Provide detailed information about available treatments, benefits, and features to potential clients.
  3. Upsell and cross-sell services and products to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  4. Assist guests in scheduling spa appointments, coordinating timing, and ensuring availability of preferred services.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a courteous and timely manner.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, reservations, and guest interactions.
  7. Collaborate with the spa team, including therapists and receptionists, to ensure smooth guest experiences and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or coursework is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A passion for wellness, beauty, and holistic treatments.
  • Basic knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and wellness concepts.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and sales management software.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
