About the job Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests and customers in accordance with recipes and hotel standards.
  2.  Have a good understanding of the hotel's drink menu, including signature cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Provide recommendations to guests based on their preferences and suggest suitable pairings.
  3. Provide friendly and efficient customer service, engaging with guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their satisfaction. Handle any special requests or modifications to drinks.
  4. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. 
  5. Cleanliness and Safety: Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of alcohol, maintaining cleanliness of the bar area, and adhering to sanitation protocols.



Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand.
  • Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Relevant training certificate
