Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Co-ordinator to join our team at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica. The Recruiting Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process for all staff across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting suitable candidates, as well as assisting with the onboarding process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and manage recruitment strategies to ensure the organization meets its staffing needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Source, interview, and select suitable candidates for open positions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.
Monitor and review recruitment activity and performance.
Liaise with department managers to ensure job requirements are met.
Provide advice and support to managers on recruitment and selection best practices.
Prepare and submit recruitment reports as required.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and be a team player.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
