Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate records of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment stored in the maintenance warehouse.

  2. Organize and categorize supplies in the warehouse to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval by the maintenance team.

  3. Receive and review maintenance requests, ensuring that required materials and equipment are prepared for technicians in a timely manner.

  4. Assist with the maintenance and servicing of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

  5. Collaborate with suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and address any discrepancies in shipments.

  6. Keep detailed records of inventory movement, purchases, and material usage.

  7. Assist maintenance technicians with locating and retrieving materials as needed.

  8. Adhere to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:
