As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our hotel. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your role is vital in creating a positive first impression and ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with the check-in process.
  2. Verify guest information, process payments, and issue room keys.
  3. Provide information about the hotel's services, facilities, and policies.
  4. Handle check-out procedures, including settling bills and obtaining feedback.
  5. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  6. Ensure that special requests and preferences are noted and accommodated.
  7. Communicate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and requests.
  8. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a secure cash drawer.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
  6. Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
