Job Summary:

We are looking for a Social Media Co-ordinator to join our team and help us promote Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica on social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing the companys social media accounts, and engaging with customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach

Manage the companys social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Create engaging content for social media platforms, including photos, videos, and written content

Monitor and respond to customer comments, inquiries, and reviews

Analyze social media performance and provide reports to management

Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in messaging

Assist with other marketing and promotional activities as needed

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Proven experience managing social media accounts

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of social media analytics tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for the hospitality industry
