Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to all areas of the Food & Beverage department. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assisting with the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, including coordinating reservations, ordering supplies, and managing customer relations.

Maintaining accurate records of all food and beverage purchases, sales, and inventory.

Assisting with the development of menus, pricing, and promotions.

Ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.

Preparing reports and presentations for management.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Monitoring customer feedback and responding to complaints promptly.

Assisting with event planning and execution.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
