Job Responsibilities:

  1. Taking Orders: Receive orders from hotel guests for room service or dining in the hotel's restaurant.
  2. Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the hotel's menus, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverage options.
  3. Communication: Liaise with the kitchen and restaurant staff to relay orders, modifications, and any guest preferences.
  4. Timely Delivery: Coordinate with the kitchen and room service team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
  5. Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service, addressing any questions or concerns from guests.
  6. Order Tracking: Maintain records of orders and their status, ensuring all orders are fulfilled correctly.
  7. Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.



Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work under pressure of meeting production schedules and timelines for guests and fellow workers
  2. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment providing courteous service
  3. Previous experience working in hospitality industry preferred

Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. The flexibility to work shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent.
