Baker

Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a  Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of bakery items and desserts for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of bakery items, including cakes, pastries, breads, and other desserts

Follow recipes and adjust ingredients according to product specifications

Monitor and adjust baking temperatures and times to ensure quality and consistency

Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other kitchen machinery

Ensure all baked items meet health and safety standards

  Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a bakery setting

Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes

Ability to read and interpret recipes

Attention to detail and a passion for baking

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
