Position: Teens Club Coordinator

Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Teens Club Coordinator. As a leading luxury hotel chain, we are dedicated to providing our guests with exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily activities and events for teenagers (ages 13-17) at the hotel's Teens Club

- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that cater to the interests and needs of teenage guests

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all teenage guests participating in Teens Club activities

- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Teens Club staff to assist with daily operations and activities

- Maintain a clean and organized Teens Club space, as well as inventory of equipment and supplies

- Act as a role model for teenage guests by displaying positive behavior and promoting good sportsmanship and teamwork

- Communicate with parents and guardians about their teenagers' participation in the Teens Club and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to promote and coordinate joint activities and events for teenagers

- Stay up-to-date with current trends and interests of teenagers to ensure the Teens Club remains relevant and appealing

- Assist with marketing efforts to promote the Teens Club and attract new teenage guests to the hotel

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Education, or related field preferred

- Minimum of 2 years experience working with teenagers in a recreational or educational setting

- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- CPR and First Aid certification preferred

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
