Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leisure Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our resort properties to leisure travelers. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other leisure partners to drive sales and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other leisure partners to promote and sell our resort properties

- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and attend trade shows and events to showcase our properties and services

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to generate leads and increase sales

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities

- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management

- Work closely with the reservations team to ensure accurate and timely bookings and reservations

- Assist with the development of pricing strategies and packages to attract leisure travelers

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to make strategic recommendations for the company's growth and success

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Strong presentation and networking skills

- Knowledge of the leisure travel market and industry trends

- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
