  2. Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms, to create a serene and pleasant environment.

  3. Regularly replenish towels, linens, and amenities in treatment rooms and public areas to ensure adequate supplies are available for guests' comfort and convenience.

  4. Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before guest appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient spa operation.

  5. Support the spa therapists by providing any required assistance during treatments, such as bringing supplies or helping with guest transitions.
  6. Promote spa services and retail products to guests, enhancing their experience and potentially increasing revenue for the spa.

  7. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or spa-related fields is a plus.

  2. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a spa or hospitality environment.
