Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services tailored to meet each guest's preferences and individual needs. Offer expert makeup application services, enhancing guests' natural beauty and creating looks for events or photo shoots.
2. Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their desired outcomes, recommend suitable services, and provide expert advice on styling and beauty care.
3. Create a warm, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere for guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their salon experience.
4. Stay updated with the latest beauty and haircare trends, products, and techniques, recommending and retailing relevant products to guests for at-home maintenance.
5. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, and following proper tool and equipment sterilization procedures.
6. Proactively promote salon services and retail products, contributing to revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:
