Job Title: Seamstress Company: Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica Contract Type: Full Time Job Description: We are looking for a talented Seamstress to join our team at Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and altering garments and other items to meet customer needs. Responsibilities: Measure, cut, and sew fabrics to create garments and other items according to customer specifications Alter existing garments to fit customers needs Repair and maintain existing garments Create original designs for garments Assist design team in developing patterns and prototypes Maintain a clean and organized work area Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: Proven experience as a seamstress Knowledge of fabrics, sewing techniques, and design principles Ability to read and interpret fashion sketches Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Excellent customer service skills High school diploma or equivalent
