Bar Porter

Job Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate full knowledge of service bars and keep bars properly stocked and cleaned
2. Is aware of and in compliance with all Health Department regulations while performing duties
3. Sweep the floors, polish brass and steel, mop, clean glassware and wipe down bars
4. Makes every effort to learn guest names and uses names
5. Provide quality service to both internal and external guests, specifically maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage
6. Follow company standards of hospitality by making eye contact with every guest, smiling, -and offering a warm and friendly greeting with the proper verbiage

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
2. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
3. Flexibility to work longer hours as per business demand.
4. Be courteous, professional and provide efficient service.

Education and Experience Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
2. Proven work experience in a similar role
