Position: HR Driver
Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a reliable and experienced HR Driver to join our team on a full time, permanent basis. As a driver for our company, you will be responsible for providing transportation services for our employees, ensuring their safety and comfort while on the road.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport employees to and from designated locations, such as the airport, hotel, and other company properties
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating company vehicles
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading of luggage and other items as needed
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or accidents immediately to the HR Manager
- Keep accurate records of mileage, routes, and any other necessary information
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant ride
- Assist with other HR duties as assigned, such as delivering documents or running errands
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a driver, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of traffic and safety regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with the local area and routes
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items if needed
