Position: Casino Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Shift Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the casino, including gaming floor, cash handling, and customer service.

2. Manage and supervise a team of casino staff, including dealers, cashiers, and security personnel.

3. Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies.

4. Monitor and maintain the integrity of all games and equipment.

5. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

6. Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction.

7. Train and develop casino staff to provide exceptional customer service and uphold company standards.

8. Prepare and analyze reports on casino performance, including revenue, expenses, and customer feedback.

9. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions.

10. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role in a casino environment.

3. Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and customer service principles.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and casino management software.

7. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

8. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

10. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
