Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Sales Manager to join our team in Jamaica. As the Casino Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share for our properties. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share

- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking

- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients

- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their individual and team targets

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the casino.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and marketing efforts

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Knowledge of the Jamaican market and tourism industry is a plus
