Position: Casino Cashier
Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Casino Cashier. As a Casino Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while handling monetary transactions in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cash to ensure correct control of money
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Exchange chips and tickets – to pay the customer their winnings
- Record transactions and ensure accurate record keeping
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times and follow proper cash handling procedures
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about casino promotions and amenities
- Monitor and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to the Casino Manager
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as gaming regulations
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent math and computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Must be able to obtain a clean police record & background check
- Flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
