Princess Hotels & Resorts Jamaica is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Casino Cashier Manager to join our team. The Casino Cashier Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our casino and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the casino cashier department, including managing a team of cashiers and ensuring efficient and accurate handling of cash transactions

- Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of cashiers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures

- Monitor the flow of cash and chips within the casino, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with gaming regulations

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, maintaining a high level of professionalism and providing prompt resolution

- Maintain accurate records of casino revenue and expenses, preparing reports for management as needed

- Collaborate with other departments, such as security and finance, to ensure the safety and security of casino funds

- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy of cash handling processes

- Stay up-to-date with gaming regulations and make sure the casino is in compliance at all times

- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and training of new cashiers

- Conduct regular audits to identify and address any discrepancies or issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a casino or hospitality environment

- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and gaming regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in MS Office and casino management software

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
