Wellness Plan Manager

The Wellness Plan Manager acts as a bridge between the patient and their journey to wellness. This position is vital to the success of Prince Regenerative Medicine with a focus on sales, patient education, and ongoing management of patient treatment plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Patient Education & Sales: Guiding patients through their initial consultations (Day 1) and treatment plan presentations (Day 2), ensuring they understand and commit to the recommended care packages, including financial agreements.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and the  advanced therapies we offer.
  • Create financial plans tailored to individual patient needs, balancing insurance-covered and self-pay services.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-ups with patients to ensure adherence to treatment plans and a seamless transition from active care to wellness care.
  • Metrics Management: Track and report key performance indicators (e.g., patient show rates, case values, and conversion rates).
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate on internal and external marketing campaigns, patient referrals, and community outreach efforts to generate new leads.

  • Empathy & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to build trust with patients.

  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a willingness to assist with front desk, marketing tasks, and to step in a fill gaps, as needed.
  • Professionalism: Punctuality, dedication, and a clean criminal background are non-negotiable.
  • Availability: Ability to attend local events and occasional training workshops
  • Strong ability to build relationships, achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Classification: Non-exempt, hourly

Status: Full-time, 40 hours week
