Education & Experience Requirements

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred

  • Proven, stable work history demonstrating reliability and performance

  • Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, chiropractic, regenerative medicine, or a high-touch clinical environment preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to handle responsibility and work independently

  • Strong references reflecting work ethic, initiative, and professionalism

Core Responsibilities

  • Professionally greet and support patients throughout their care experience

  • Room patients and assist providers during exams and procedures

  • Accurately document patient interactions in the EMR

  • Educate patients on treatment plans, supplements, therapies, and next steps (as directed)

  • Manage patient communication (phone, text, email) with professionalism and empathy

  • Maintain organized, efficient, and clean clinical spaces

  • Support care plans, follow-up scheduling, and continuity of care

  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical best practices at all times

  • Provide clear therapy, exercise, and stretch instructions

  • Take X-rays (training provided)

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively improve systems

  • Support both clinical and administrative operations as needed
