Prince Health & Wellness is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Administrative & Personal Assistant to directly support ownership in managing his day-to-day responsibilities.
This role requires strong administrative skill, strategic thinking, leadership maturity, and exceptional communication. The ideal candidate will help establish daily rhythms, manage multiple calendars and inboxes, and ensure administrative responsibilities are completed with excellence and efficiency.
This is a high-trust position that requires discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Roles & Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support

Manage and maintain multiple inboxes and calendars

Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel

Take detailed meeting minutes and track action items

Organize, file, and maintain electronic documentation systems

Compile and submit expense reports

Organize and implement data into usable systems

Assist in completing administrative and operational tasks
Strategic & Operational Support

Analyze incoming and outgoing business and ministry communications
- Leverage observations to inform decision-making and strategic execution
- Identify process improvement opportunities and confidently recommend solutions
- Collaborate with Dr. Jake and leadership to maintain a strategic, long-term calendar view aligned with business and ministry priorities
- Support execution of key initiatives across Prince Health
Personal & Family Support
- Provide support to the Prince family as needed, including errands or occasional assistance such as school pickups
- Complete additional duties as requested or assigned
