Manage and update client database in KIT CRM, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Utilize dialer systems effectively to maximize outreach and productivity.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and scheduling.

Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.

Adapt and implement feedback to continuously improve performance.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar appointment setting role.

Candidate must be from the Philippines

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using KIT CRM for client management.

Experience with dialer systems; familiarity with Apollo is a strong advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
