Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests of the hotel and resort through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and inquiries related to accommodations, dining, entertainment, and other amenities offered by the resort.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey information about promotions, events, and special offers to guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines, to ensure compliance and protect guest information.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance targets and customer service metrics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or gaming industry is a plus.
