Primebeef Company Inc. is looking for Sales Coordinator to join our Institutional Sales Team based in Quezon City.
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing daily Clerical and Administrative Support to the Institutional Sales Section with the goal of ensuring that all requirements are met on a seamless and timely manner that is consistent with the organizations Mission, Vision, Values and Goals whilst maximizing profitability at all times.
This position is also tasked to serve as the person responsible for preparation of documents relative to Sales, accepting payments and making change for customers who pay in cash, when necessary.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Relationship Enhancement: Ensure that walk in customers are served with utmost attention and care, in order to establish a great customer experience. Attend to inquiries, issues/concerns/new requirements of clients through personal interaction. Teaming with the Sales Account Partner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Business Opportunities Identification: Able to upsell, and/or do suggestive selling while assisting customers. Determine, understand and meet customers needs and requirements in order to guarantee business continuity through an effective service. Promotes and sells PBC products and services.
Functional Tasks:
- Assist the Sales Account Partner with preparation of documentary requirements which includes but not limited to cash handling and remittances to Accounting.
- Prepare and monitor Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Collection Receipts, Supporting Documents such as IRTF and COMI.
- Assist walk in customers, and serve them until end of sale, with excellent customer service to maximize sales.
- Handle editing/recording of Sales Invoice in system.
- Receive and process all payments according to standard procedures.
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports and Remittances.
- Accept cash payment and make change, when necessary.
- File yellow copy of Sales Invoices, and Collection Receipts ensuring that all entries are recorded and printed before turning over to Accounting Section.
- Implement best practices and quality management system
- Observe company communications, policies and practices.
- Collaborate with immediate superior in identifying strategies in hitting goals and targets.
- Log delivery itinerary request via ERP before cut off time.
- Perform any other tasks that his/her superior or management may assign.
Our perfect match:
- College Graduate (Bachelors Degree preferably in any related courses such as Business, Marketing, Nutrition or Food Technology).
- At least one (1) year experience in Sales and/or Customer Service within the same industry to ensure in-depth understanding of business model.
- Knowledge in sales and marketing planning, program execution and client relationship management.
- Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability, with high levels of initiative and drive.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented and a team player.
- Excellent PR and pleasing personality.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in Google Applications and ERP system is an advantage.
