About the job General Services Staff

I. BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all office and outlet facilities.
  • May be assigned errands that will require going outside of office premises.
  • May be required to work on shifting schedules.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.

II. MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATION

  • High School or Vocational Course graduate. College level are also welcome.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in General Services (Maintenance or Janitorial) job.
  • Physically fit and able to do manual work for long periods of time.
  • Able to follow simple instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
