About the job General Services Staff
I. BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all office and outlet facilities.
- May be assigned errands that will require going outside of office premises.
- May be required to work on shifting schedules.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.
II. MINIMUM JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATION
- High School or Vocational Course graduate. College level are also welcome.
- At least 1 year of work experience in General Services (Maintenance or Janitorial) job.
- Physically fit and able to do manual work for long periods of time.
- Able to follow simple instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
