Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is looking for Sales Associate to join our Outlet Sales Team based in Quezon City.
The Outlet Sales Associate should exhibit excellent sales service to ensure customer satisfaction by being able to figure out and provide the customer with their wants and needs. He or She must be able to establish good rapport with clients so as to maintain old customers while establishing new ones. To be successful in this position, one must have good Product Knowledge to be able to answer queries and recommend solutions to customer concerns or recommend alternative products, if needed.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Ensure that routine service calls are scheduled to the current set of clients in order to get regular updates on issues/concerns/new requirements of clients through an effective and strategic Weekly Sales Itinerary Report.
- Team-up with the Sales Coordinator to ensure proper coordination, communication, and resolution of client inquiries, comments, suggestions, and complaints.
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure continued customer satisfaction to secure optimum business deals and introduce new products and services, when necessary. Promote outstanding quality of products and services offered by the company.
- Identify and develop clientele offering the greatest potential. Determine, understand and meet customers needs and requirements in order to guarantee business continuity through an effective account monitoring system.
- Accurately document and file customer needs and requirements to ensure consistency of solutions and clarity of instructions among all team members.
- Continually perform market research and analysis of market conditions in order to assist management in determining sales and marketing strategies that will suit the customers requirement.
- Assist the Finance Team in the closure of unpaid invoices aged above the agreed term or any A/R Collection issues and concerns.
Our perfect match:
- Graduate of a 4-yr course, preferably in any Business, Marketing or Food Technology programs.
- Having relevant experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in the food industry is a plus factor.
- Effective communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability, with high levels of initiative and drive.
- Customer-focused, result-oriented, and team player.
- Knowledgeable in software applications; MS Office; Google Spreadsheet; ERP
- Excellent PR and pleasing personality.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in Gsuite, Google Spreadsheet, and ERP is an advantage.
