About the job Strategic Marketing Team Lead
Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is looking for Strategic Marketing Team Lead to join our Marketing Team based in Quezon City.
The Strategic Marketing Team Lead must be creative, personable and strategic. He/she must fully understand the company's context, market position, and branding so as to be able to spearhead campaigns that will boost the company's public awareness.
The role involves the coordination of all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information, events, and demos.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Guide the creative team and marketing associates on the branding and marketing direction of the company.
- Provide detailed reports and updates to management on the progress, efforts and objectives of the marketing department.
- Collaborate with the sales departments on how to reach sales goals and increase market share with more effective campaigns and improved overall customer experience.
- Submit a thorough Marketing Plan to management for approval backed up by concrete and quantitative data.
- Regularly monitor sales targets, forecast and performance including continuous improvement and guidance to the Sales and Marketing departments.
- Evaluate and suggest marketing strategies based on research and data.
- Conceptualize with the creative team and foster their artistry with campaigns, projects and content that will best accomplish the goals of the department.
- Manage the marketing associates and the creative team to work together in brain storming and executing department plans.
- Monitor the progress of the marketing associates including promos, campaigns and social media account management.
- Maintain execution of cohesive branding throughout the different departments of the company.
- Deal with industry partners, organizations and associates to work on projects, events and other promotional efforts.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by direct superior from time to time.
Our perfect match:
- Graduate of Marketing or any other Business-related course.
- At least 2 year of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite, G Suite, Web Analytics and business research tools
- Proficiency with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/ Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns and previous experience in a supervisory role are plus factors.
- Familiarity with online media trends.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
- Proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Web Analytics, and business research tools.
