About the job Quality Assurance Staff
Primebeef Company Inc. (PBC) is looking for Quality Assurance Staff to join our Quality Team based in Quezon City.
The Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for providing operational leadership and expertise in the development, implementation, and training of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) compliant quality system. He/she shall also take the lead in document control, change control, investigations, deviations, Corrective Action and Prevention Action (CAPA), and resolution to product/customer complaints.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Draft, review, revise (if necessary) and authorize procedures, work instructions, protocols, validations, specifications, and qualifications.
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed in accordance with cGMP.
- Develop plans to help the company manage waste.
- Perform routine inspections and quality tests.
- Investigate no-conformances pertaining to processes and protocols that cause deterioration of quality of products and/or losses to the company.
- Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors, prepare / propose CAPA.
- Develop a workflow for product inspection.
- Document quality assurance activities and create reports.
- Support Regulatory and 3rd Party Inspection / Audits.
- Make recommendations for improvement in conformity with cGMP and Food Safety Standards.
- Create training materials and operating manuals.
Our perfect match:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or allied courses.
- Mastery of cGMP and good understanding of Food Safety principles.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Quality Assurance Staff.
- Certificate in Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.
- Extensive knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
- Able to present audit findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
