We are looking for a Content Specialist who will be responsible for managing, updating, and optimizing all on-site content to ensure a consistent, accurate, and user-friendly experience.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end content lifecycle across multiple platforms, including campaign pages, promotions, and informational content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all content is up-to-date, aligned with brand guidelines, and supports overall user engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end content management process across all platforms, including planning, publishing, updating, and optimization.
  • Manage daily content operations such as adding, removing, and updating content across websites.
  • Create and publish campaign and promotion pages, including basic HTML content preparation
  • Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage campaign and event content processes, including reward tracking and distribution follow-ups.
  • Conduct regular market and competitor research to identify content improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, CRM, social media, IT, and external providers.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve content-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality checks before and after content goes live to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Track and report content updates, errors, and improvements on a regular basis.
  • Support team members with content-related processes and provide guidance when needed.
  • Contribute to improving content workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, digital content, or similar roles.
  • Experience managing website or platform content (CMS experience is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Experience in market and competitor research.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
