Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, or related technology certification helpful but not required
- Minimum of five years of product management experience, experience with payments and check out is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills with ability to drive and lead meetings around business systems and/or related topics as well as efficiently and effectively communicate with cross functional partners from highly technical to business oriented
- Analytical mind & strong problem-solving capabilities with experience launching/scaling products and features to solve complex challenges
- Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skill and organizational, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile development/project methodologies

Responsibilities
- Platform and payments product manager to join our growing Product & Technology team
- Reporting to the Senior Director of Product
- Sr Product Manager will be responsible for multiple facets of the Enterprise onboarding and support workflow for existing and new platform partners
- This includes evaluating and understanding partner specs and their needs
- As a key contributor to our organization, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that improve our platform customers experience
- Generate product strategy and execution that will drive the success of our enterprise services and payment platform through to monetization and outbound delivery
- Partnering with various engineering teams to create, maintain, and innovate the Enterprise onboarding roadmap
- Collaborating and communicating with external Platform Partners on their integration progress
- Close supervision of budget and related costs and other infrastructure for the integrations
- Take ownership of the platform onboarding process, from introduction to launch, and ensure that all integration requirements meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in technology including changes in AI that may impact our business and our use case and use your knowledge to identify opportunities for leveraging new technologies
- Ability to work non-traditional hours (as needed) for various critical global events
