Director of Product Management (Health & Wellness SaaS)

We are looking for a 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to lead the client's digital initiatives and platform for their extensive distribution network.

In this role, you'll drive product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful digital experiences for distributors and customers.

Key Requirements:

The Director will drive strategic product initiatives through:

• Strategic Leadership: Guide product strategy while balancing field partner needs with business objectives. Provide clear vision and direction to multiple teams managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
• Market Intelligence: Leverage deep understanding of market dynamics, technology trends, and customer needs to maintain competitive advantage. Continuously evaluate market positioning and identify opportunities for strategic enhancements.
• Portfolio Management: Drive value stream objectives, manage new product requests, and collaborate with leadership to optimize the product portfolio for maximum user success.
• Goal Setting & Planning: Define and align OKRs and product roadmaps across value streams. Maintain regular communication with senior stakeholders regarding product vision, goals, and release plans.
• Performance Management: Ensure on-time product delivery within budget constraints while measuring and reporting on key success metrics.
