Product Manager - Hardware

Location: Pasadena, CA or REMOTE or HYBRID

• Manage profit and loss for the Product Division by setting Product Pricing and working closely with manufacturing to manage costs.
• Translate the Voice of the Customer into product specifications that meet the needs of the market
• Work with Executive Management and Engineering to develop new products and enhancements to existing products that are technically and commercially competitive
• Translate product specifications into effective feature and benefit sales collateral material
• Develop a competitive landscape database on key competitors
• Provide technical sales support to the Field Sales Support directly or through Product Specialists as required
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale application support through Applications Specialists
• Coordinate activities with Partners who supply ancillary products sold 

Education and Experience:

• Five or more years of progressive experience in the fabrication industry in Product management (sales experience may be accepted upon review)
• Bachelors degree or Equivalent experience
• MBA helpful but not required
