Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, driven, and collaborative Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor with a proven track record of success in outbound sales and client acquisition and lead generation. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience, including working with U.S.-based clients, leading business development initiatives, and managing or mentoring a small team. The candidate must also be a team player and be comfortable working remotely during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Monitor key metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, with a strong focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain high-quality communication standards and represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness.
  • Available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
