We are seeking a motivated Vendor Management Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage relationships with third-party vendors and local outreach partners. You will also track performance, ensure operational excellence, and support continuous improvement in partnership quality. Key Responsibilities:
Partner Management
Serve as the primary contact for resolving day-to-day vendor inquiries and issues.
Prepare and distribute regular Quality Improvement reports.
Support third-party verification reporting and maintain partner records.
Research potential new partners and collaboration opportunities.
Assist in onboarding new vendors, coordinating training, and maintaining partner data.
Internal Process Support
Keep reports and tracking documents organized and updated.
Input and track monthly costs, ensuring data accuracy.
Provide ad-hoc support for partner management and process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools and data entry software (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.).
Experience in managing third-party partnerships is a plus.
A proactive attitude and a passion for community engagement in the renewable energy sector.
