About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our team, to work closely with your HR manager to align HR strategies with business goals. You will be responsible to serve as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on a wide range of HR functions including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and performance management. As an HRBP, you will be also responsible for fostering a high-performance culture and supporting the growth and development of the companys workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, end to end employee lifecycle, compliance, and HRIS management.
- Prepare data for payroll processing for Philippines employees in coordination with head office HR Operations team.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures compliance for alignment with company values and legal requirements.
Ensure all company documentation and policies are updated regularly.
- Provide recommendations on HR policy updates and improvements.
- Provide reports on key HR data such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends to inform decision-making.
Employee Engagement:
- Serve as Philippines point of contact for employees regarding workplace issues, conflicts, and concerns.
- Assist on best practices for handling performance issues, employee complaints, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively to maintain a positive working environment.
- Foster a positive culture by promoting open communication, transparency, and inclusivity.
- Promote employee engagement by implementing programs that enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Talent Management:
- Support the recruitment team by working with hiring managers during off hours to coordinate interviews and ensure the acquisition of high-quality candidates.
- Coordinate talent development initiatives, including training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Support HR Manager in driving employee performance and assist in KPI data collection and reporting on a regular basis.
- Provide guidance and assistance on performance improvement plans and strategies for managing underperformance.
Performance Management:
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications preferred).
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering or strategic HR.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
