Senior NOC Engineer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Modern Technology Expertise (Cloud Tech like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Outgoing personality to be able to work with internal teams and customers
• Good English skills since all clients are mostly US based
• Willing to learn, evolve and adapt to change (be a change champion) The NOC is constant change
• Experience with Kaseya RMM or Other RMM
• Moderate Experience with AI/Automation
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite of products
• Strong Experience with SharePoint
• Strong Experience with legacy Microsoft Tech (GPOs, AD, etc.)
• Proficient with PowerShell, Python, BASH and have an interest in Linux based technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
• Proficiency with Windows 10, Windows Server 2008+, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS troubleshooting.
• Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks and dynamic routing protocols (e.g., OSPF).
• Hands-on experience with server hardware diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2013+, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (vSphere 6.5, Hyper-V) in high-availability environments.
• Knowledge of backup software configuration.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Client-facing experience and ability to work independently.

PREFRRED but NOT required:

• ANY Recent/Modern Microsoft Certifications
• Experience working in or with a Data center
