Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top tech talent to fill positions with our MSP clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and the recruiting process, and will be able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Support full cycle recruiting process throughout organization
- Manage day to day recruiting administrative duties including:
- Utilizing applicant tracking system to schedule and coordinate interviews
- Draft offer letters and internal emails
- Post open roles on 3rd job board sites, where appropriate
- Support Talent Acquisition Partner on open roles:
- Attend Hiring Strategy Meetings, including notetaking and documentation
- Scheduling follow up meetings to ensure progress
- Support sourcing efforts, pipelining potential candidates utilizing passive sourcing methods
- Reviewing inbound resumes, and shortlisting for TA Partners review
- Assist with job postings through the applicant tracking system, including scorecard buildout
- Support management of Client Applicant Tracking System, ensuring data is accurate
- Make travel arrangements for candidates and manage expense reimbursements
- Communicate professionally in business emails to candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
- Other special projects and tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors or relevant experience required
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
