Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation / Sales Specialist with a proven track record of converting leads into closed deals and demonstrated success working with U.S.- based clients. This role is ideal for a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is comfortable working remotely on an Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.

Location: Remote (Must be willing to work EST hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage, nurture, and convert inbound and outbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and present product/service value propositions effectively.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity, sales progress, and communications in CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion strategies.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to continuously improve performance. 
  • Deliver professional and timely communication to prospective clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, B2B/B2C sales, or business development.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and converting leads to sales.
  • Strong experience working with U.S.-based clients or customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., AutoTask, Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo).
  • A team player who can collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to evolving strategies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing time efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to work on U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
