Responsibilities:
- Adherence to Standards: Follow "The Client Way" processes to ensure predictable outcomes for clients.
- Contract Review: Understand billing terms, payment schedules, and invoicing requirements in contracts.
- Invoice Management: Generate accurate and timely invoices, including additional charges if needed.
- Billing Schedules: Ensure timely invoicing and payment according to contract schedules.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Work with stakeholders to address billing disputes and ensure timely payments.
- Maintain Records: Keep up-to-date billing records, including contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in creating reports related to billing and revenue recognition.
- Collaboration & Meetings: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and client communication.
Additional Duties:
- Timesheet Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date timesheets.
- Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues when needed.
- Team Collaboration: Assist in improving processes and collaborate across departments.
- Client Interaction: Maintain clear, constant communication with clients and teams to ensure satisfaction.
Performance Metrics:
- Billing accuracy, timeliness, customer satisfaction, billing cycle time, and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail: Essential for managing contract terms and payment schedules.
- Numerical Aptitude: Strong math and accounting skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex contracts and ensure accurate billing.
- Software Proficiency: Knowledge of billing and accounting systems.
