Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to Standards: Follow "The Client Way" processes to ensure predictable outcomes for clients.
  • Contract Review: Understand billing terms, payment schedules, and invoicing requirements in contracts.
  • Invoice Management: Generate accurate and timely invoices, including additional charges if needed.
  • Billing Schedules: Ensure timely invoicing and payment according to contract schedules.
  • Resolve Discrepancies: Work with stakeholders to address billing disputes and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain Records: Keep up-to-date billing records, including contracts, invoices, and payments.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in creating reports related to billing and revenue recognition.
  • Collaboration & Meetings: Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and client communication.

Additional Duties:

  • Timesheet Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date timesheets.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior colleagues when needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist in improving processes and collaborate across departments.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain clear, constant communication with clients and teams to ensure satisfaction.

Performance Metrics:

  • Billing accuracy, timeliness, customer satisfaction, billing cycle time, and productivity.
