Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to help grow and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will experiment with new strategies, manage landing pages, and drive optimization through data analysis and A/B testing. You will work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ads and ensure campaigns consistently hit key performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize and scale existing digital acquisition campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Test and explore new channels to diversify the digital media mix.
- Manage and optimize landing pages as part of acquisition strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests to gain insights for campaign growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and create innovative ad content.
- Identify areas for improvement in paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, sharing insights with the broader team.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in media buying with a focus on customer acquisition, including at least 3-4years in paid social advertising.
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital media optimization, including structured A/B testing.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel (knowledge of JavaScript is a plus).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding monthly acquisition goals.
- Familiarity with landing page management and optimization strategies.
